When Karen relocated to Greenville, she quickly fell in love with the community, lifestyle,
and vibrant energy of the Upstate that make it such a special place to live. She now
takes great pride in helping others successfully make the same transition or helping
locals find the right home for their next chapter.
As a Georgia native and graduate of the University of Georgia, Karen previously built
her career as a marketing account manager working with Fortune 500 companies. That
experience sharpened her ability to understand market dynamics, analyze market data,
and deliver exceptional client service—skills she now brings to every real estate
transaction.
Karen understands that buying or selling a home can be one of life’s biggest moments,
and she is dedicated to making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Whether helping buyers find the right home or positioning a listing to stand out in a
