About Nicole
Nicole Lide is a real estate professional with BHHS, C. Dan Joyner, REALTORS®. She knows how important a home is for long-term happiness and has invested in her career of putting people in the house they’ve always dreamed of, or helping them list the house that has already been a home for them. Nicole was driven to pursue real estate from her passion for helping people during life-altering times. Before she made her way into the real estate industry, she spent her career in both commercial and residential construction, and has a keen eye for many construction related issues, proving to be an enormous asset in the real estate world. She was educated at both Palm Beach State College and Florida Atlantic University. She earned her Associate’s Degree from PBSC before moving to FAU for Elementary Education. It was in the midst of that when she discovered her love for construction, and went back to PBSC to begin her degree in Project Management. It wasn’t until after relocating to Greenville and discovering all it had to offer, that she decided to pursue a career in real estate. Nicole moved to Greenville from Palm Beach County, Florida and fell in love with the landscape and culture. She has an unbiased view of the upstate and with a newly harvested vantage point as to the pros and cons of each area. Nicole lives in Greenville with her husband and two daughters. She also owns a woodworking business making signs, decor and furniture. Her husband is a first responder in Simpsonville and is very plugged into that community. Nicole and her family are very involved in their church and find their biggest passion as family is simply loving on and helping people.
