About Tim

C. Tim Keagy has been in sales his entire life, dedicating himself to customer service, again and again. For the past 28 years, he has carried this work experience and commitment into his real estate career. In 1994, Tim’s wife, Sandy, joined him to assist in the day to day, behind-the-scenes aspects of the business to make sure that each and every client working with the C. Tim Keagy Team receives unparalleled customer service. Tim and Sandy are both graduates of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) and have received the Certified Residential Service (CRS) accreditation and Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designation. These designations enable them to serve their home buyers and home sellers more fully and allow their clients to know, without a doubt, that they truly are getting the best in the business. Both attained Broker License status. Since the team’s inception, it has closed over 2700 transactions, achieved top 100 agents for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices for 17 years, and grown to 6 active agents and a dedicated full-time administrative assistant. The team’s goal is to satisfy each and every client by providing superior quality service. This is achieved through unmatched problem solving, negotiating and marketing skills and thorough communication designed to eliminate the stress that can be associated with the intricate process of buying and selling real estate. We simplify the process by demonstrating the skills necessary to taking the burden off our client and earning the highly-regarded trust. What follows Tim from transaction to transaction is living by example… his character shows Integrity, Honor and Discipline in his way of doing business. Each member of the teams displays these characteristics, or they wouldn’t remain on the team. Outside of a very consuming Real Estate career, Tim is a husband of 32+ years, father of 2 wonderful children and grandfather of 4 precious grandchildren. He has coached baseball,football and basketball teams for over 36 years. Tim has also served as a member of his church choir, as an ordained Deacon minister, and as a Sunday School teacher. His hobbies include traveling, short term mission trips, hunting and fishing. Tim also volunteers in Military fundraisers and service, as his son and son-in-law are both Sergeants in the U.S. Marine Corps. In fact, his son Sean is now licensed and works on the Keagy Team. He is proud of our military and works with many Veterans and knows how to navigate through the VA process of buying homes.
