Dan Joyner, REALTORS is pleased to have such an experienced, professional broker on its staff. A tenured REALTOR, Fritzsche enters his 34th year in award-winning real estate sales. He has succeeded representing many homeowners, builders and land developers in the upstate, from Lake Keowee to Simpsonville, Travelers Rest and beyond. Prior to his years at C. Dan Joyner, Jim served as upstate Area Manager for the Allen Tate Company and was the former Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Foothills where he recruited a team of over one hundred experienced, top-producing agents. While managing his RE/MAX offices, his accomplishments included Broker Owner of the Year – Carolinas, twice, Spirit Award and the Eagle Award, the highest award bestowed by RE/MAX Carolinas. Having studied and played football for Purdue University and for the Philadelphia Eagles (1982-1984), Fritzsche is a lifelong sports enthusiast. He has volunteered as a YMCA football and basketball coach, Riverside High 7th-8 grade football coach and Daniel High (Clemson) football coach (1985-1986). He capitalizes on his sports experience through his involvement in the Upstate community by promoting “free things for kids to do,” building outdoor basketball courts throughout the upstate. An Upstate resident since 1985, Fritzsche is married to Gabrielle and the have two kids (Beverly, age 24 and Jimmy, age 23). Jimmy excels in sports too, he recently signed a full scholarship offer and played for the University of Nebraska fall of 2019-2021. Jim and his Dad (also called Jim) were inducted into their High School Hall of Fame (Valley Forge High, Parma, OH) where Jim played, and his father coached. Fritzsche (pronounced "Frit-chee") has been involved, as an agent and broker, in well over 10,000 real estate transactions over the years. His enthusiasm, attention to detail, and communication skills are all phenomenal. He represents his clients with complete confidence and understanding.
