About Stan
I entered the world of real estate as a part-time investor while working full-time as a director for an international transportation company. I successfully executed a variety of real estate deals during this time, ranging from “house flips” to purchasing apartment buildings for buy-and-hold strategies to helping people on the cusp of foreclosure sell their homes to other investors.
Investing in real estate eventually drove me to become a licensed REALTOR® in 2016 so that I could better control my own investments and help others do the same. As a result of my past experience, many of my clients over the years have been real estate investors looking to either begin investing for the first time or to further what they've already been doing.
I don’t only work with real estate investors, however. I work with many other clients - first-time home-buyers, those needing to sell their home and move to another, etc. - and my investment background is a huge asset in helping all home-buyers and sellers make decisions that will put them in a good place financially for years to come. I can speak from experience on issues related to home construction and renovation, home values and ARVs, and the many challenges (and strategies for overcoming them) when buying or selling a home.
I love what I do, and I love Greenville and the Upstate. My passion is to provide great customer service to my clients, and I’m not saying that just because it sounds good. I truly take pride in going the extra mile and ensuring that everyone has a smile at the end of the day.
My clients frequently express to me how they appreciate my extensive and well-rounded knowledge of real estate and no non-sense communication style that tells you exactly what you need to know.
