Hi … Thanks for taking the time to learn about me! I’m a South Carolina licensed real estate professional. While I’m able to represent any property in SC, my primary focus is Greenville ... Travelers Rest ... and the Upstate of South Carolina. I am so excited about the growth and opportunities that Greenville ... Travelers Rest ... and the Upstate have to offer I might even gush about all the things to do. My passion for real estate goes to the belief that relationships are built upon trust, integrity and credibility. Plus, my knowledge of the area and enthusiasm make me a great choice to serve your real estate needs. A Little Bit About Me … I was born and raised in Miami, Florida and moved to Greenville in 1976 – Yes, I definitely know this market! With the exception of spending 5 years in New York City, I’ve lived primarily in the Furman and Travelers Rest area. I always get a smile when I drive home, cross over a particular ridge and have the beauty of that mountain range in my view! I obtained my education from University of South Carolina – Upstate with a BS in marketing and a communication emphasis and Greenville Technical College with an AS in Paralegal Studies. I’ve had dirt under my nails forever, as I’ve been a Real Estate Paralegal for 20+ years. In 2014 I made the decision to use that legal background and experience to help clients directly with their real estate needs in the purchase, sale, leasing or investing of property. Things I Love … music and arts festivals, traveling the road less traveled, entertaining friends and family, the wind in my hair, talking with people and finding those six degrees of separation. And … of course, the husband and kids. My husband, Marlowe, and I are so fortunate to have three grown children and six grands, all under 21 – and, yes, the older ones tend to keep us up-to-date on technical trends and music! However, the ruler of our home is Thai, our Siamese cat. Miscellaneous and useless trivia … Red over white Flip-flops over sneakers Jazz and Blues … Ella, Dave Brubeck, Miles, Taj, BB, Mac Arnold Mountains or Beach … it’s a toss-up Clemson Tigers … Carolina Panthers … Miami Dolphins … NY Giants Topless if it’s above 32 degrees – in our Miata!
