Bill Rhodes is a top-producing REALTOR® with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices C. Dan Joyner, REALTORS®, the largest real estate firm in the Upstate of South Carolina. With decades of experience in real estate sales, investing, and renovation, Bill specializes in helping clients buy, sell, and invest in real estate throughout Greenville, Travelers Rest, and the greater Upstate South Carolina region.
A longtime resident of the Upstate, Bill has called Greenville home since 1986 and graduated from Travelers Rest High School before earning a business degree from Louisiana State University. After a brief entrepreneurial chapter in Austin, Texas, he returned to Greenville where his business background and passion for real estate quickly took hold.
Bill’s real estate journey began in 1998 when he purchased and fully renovated his first home in Greenville’s historic district. That experience sparked a lifelong passion for real estate investing and property transformation.
